This afternoon I went with Katherine to the studio to do some work on a series of pieces she's doing in contribution to the One Thousand Thousand project.

Making a million paintings is a lot of work. Part of this project demands that each piece be counted and documented in some way. This afternoon I've been numbering some of the pieces that were done earlier in the week. It's boring work for sure. [But not nearly as boring as scanning them.]

As of May 18, 2013 the total count has hit 324,333. It's nice to see a hint that the milestone goal of 333,333 paintings is now in an easier sight.

Finally hammering out the new site and will be uploading new content constantly. No kidding.
